Dr. Overcash - Retirement
It is an emotional time here at here at Jeffers, Mann and Artman, as we announce the retirement of our dear friend and colleague, Dr. Harold Overcash. After over 35 years of practice, (with the last 16 years being with Jeffers, Mann and Artman), Dr. Overcash will begin a new and exciting phase of life January 11, 2017.
Dr. Overcash is a highly respected superb clinician and a master of practicing the art of medicine. He has always considered what is best for the patient, and we have all learned from his humility, listening and diagnostic skills and ability to deliver quality medical care in a calm, steady and reassuring manner. His persistent and dedicated approach to patient care has been a major factor in developing JMA to this point.
Dr. "O" is a talented man in many ways and will pursue his numerous interests including running, carpentry, woodwork, being an expert skier, gourmet cook of "Southern Living" fame, pilot and we suspect some time on his new fishing boat at the Outer Banks!
It has truly been a privilege and an honor to care for children with such a fine physician and gentlemen. Thank you, Dr. Overcash, for your many good deeds, service and guidance by example.
All the best to you and your family as you begin your retirement. Happy trails!!!! Godspeed!!
Robert G. Jeffers, MD (for Jeffers, Mann and Artman Pediatrics)
