Due to the recent surge in COVID-19 in our community, we are experiencing a significant increase in demand for appointments as well as decreased staffing availability, and we are not going to be able to offer additional vaccination clinics in our office in the next few weeks. As pediatricians, we feel strongly that vaccines are vital in keeping our children safe and healthy, and we do urge you to get this vaccine. As many of you are aware, the FDA has recommended Pfizer COVID-19 booster vaccines for 12-15 year olds who are 5 months out from their initial COVID-19 vaccine series. There are many good options for you to get these vaccines. Please refer to the below links for alternative sites where the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is being offered.
